Hazel's Roost is situated in a quiet corner of Bainbridge, just off the village green and near the little River Bain. Formerly the blacksmith’s workshop, the building has been converted into a comfortable B&B.
The first floor is solely for guests' use, with two double rooms and one twin-bedded room (with its own outer door, giving guests their own private entrance). All the rooms are en-suite; each is decorated in its own individual cottage style, and includes a flat-screen TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities, plus many little extra personal touches. Free on-site parking is available to guests, as well as free wi-fi internet access. Breakfasts are much praised by visitors, and are served in the pleasant lounge - or in your room, if you prefer. Bainbridge is a great place to stay, with easy access to local attractions, including the market town of Hawes, the delightful stone-built village of Askrigg (familiar to fans of All Creatures Great and Small), and nearby Semerwater, one of the very few lakes in the Yorkshire Dales. Millie looks forward to welcoming you to Hazel's Roost. Website: hazelsroost.com Telephone: 01969 650400 |
