Low Gingerfield is a handsome Georgian farmhouse with stunning views of the North Yorkshire countryside. The B&B is conveniently located outside the historic market town of Richmond, with its castle, museums and waterfalls.
Two en-suite bedrooms are available, one with a double bed, the other with a king-size bed and a separate dressing room. Each has a flat-screen TV and tea-/coffee-making facilities. A comfortable residents' lounge means you always have an alternative place to read if you like. Or just sit out on the lawn, soak up some sunshine, and meet a few of the farm's animals. Breakfasts get particular praise from visitors. Full cooked breakfasts are available, of course, but so are Continental and vegetarian options. You're brilliantly placed for things to do and see when you stay at Low Gingerfield. Richmond is packed with attractions and interesting places to eat and to walk. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is on your doorstep. And with the A1(M) motorway just five miles away, York, Durham, the North York Moors and the glorious sights of Upper Teesdale are within comfortable reach. Gill Ward looks forward to welcoming you to her comfortable farmhouse. Website: facebook.com/lowgingerfield Telephone: 07745 296719 |
