Car parking in Richmond

Here are details of the parking options. Further down the page you'll find a map of all the car parks and the Disc Zone.
UPDATE JULY 2023 (key changes are highlighted in red):
Bottom of the red page: ...You can also use the RingGo app for Android or iPhone to buy these tickets (Delete: , but not the weekly tickets below). A weekly ticket (£15). Covers car parks previously owned by Richmondshire District Council, as well as those owned by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority - handy if you're touring. If you don't happen to have 15 one-pound coins for the machine, you can now buy a weekly ticket from the North Yorkshire Council offices on Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX, Monday – Friday during office hours. You can also buy a weekly ticket with the RingGo app, but in that case it will not be valid in the National Park. / Nun's Close car park has bays for longer vehicles, such as camper vans, but no overnight sleeping is allowed.
In the Blue Badge section: Disc Zone: designated bays adjacent to pavements; park in any bay if no designated bays available; no time limit.
