In a peaceful setting at Hudswell, on the eastern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, high above Swaledale, Scar Close is a lawned one-acre Caravan and Motorhome Club 'Certified Location' site.
The site is set in wildflower meadowland and framed by the magnificent beech and ash trees of the National Trust's Hudswell Woods. It's an easy stroll to the George and Dragon, Hudswell's famous community pub, where you can enjoy a pint or a home-cooked meal, maybe on the panoramic patio. If you fancy a longer walk, the Georgian market town of Richmond is less than two miles away, through the woods and along the river, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and attractions. (Or you could drive - there's plenty of parking.) . Facilities
