This week's random choice from What's On Richmond is Richmond's biggest open art exhibition.
A Spot on the Wall is a yearly tradition at The Station. Artists purchase a spot on the wall in which they can hang an artwork, of any type. As soon as it's sold, they can replace it. The result is an ever-changing display of dozens of paintings, photos, weavings, ceramics, whatever, filling every square inch of The Station's walls. The works are by professionals and amateurs alike, at prices ranging from £notverymuch to £phew! If you see something you like, snap it up fast, or it may have gone by tomorrow! A Spot on the Wall opens 4 December, and runs until 25 January. It's at The Station, and is open 09:00 - 19:00 daily.
